Low-creep Clay Bricks

Low creep clay refractory bricks are made from high-quality raw materials with the least impurities, such as dense and pure corundum, andalusite and kyanite. These materials are combined with additives and binders, mixed according to a specific formula, thoroughly mixed, formed under high pressure, and sintered at high temperature. The lower the creep rate, the smaller the deformation of the brick at high temperatures, ensuring higher stability as a lining for thermal equipment. These bricks are usually used in hot blast stoves.

Advantage

Low creep: Their most notable feature. Under high temperature and long-term loading, the deformation of low creep clay bricks is significantly smaller than that of ordinary clay bricks. This enables them to maintain shape and structural stability and extend the service life of the kiln.
Higher refractoriness: Typically ranging from 1610°C to 1730°C, making it suitable for high-temperature environments and various industrial kilns.
Excellent thermal shock stability: Due to the optimized formula and special processing, these bricks can withstand rapid temperature fluctuations without cracking or peeling, thereby enhancing their reliability in use.
Better load softening temperature: These bricks only start to soften and deform at higher temperatures (typically between 1350°C and 1450°C), which helps maintain the structural stability of the kiln and ensures continuous operation.

Applications
